Product Lines
Our transceiver modules incorporate name-brand TO-18 / TO-46
1310 nm LEDs or TO-46 850 nm VCSELs, InGaAs Pin photodiodes
and CMOS TIA, together with own high quality circuit design
and package assembly to assure performance reliability.
The molded SC duplex case and 9 pin single row footprint
are standard compliant products, which allow the board designer
to create a single 9 pin layout for both multimode and singlemode
applications.
Singlemode ATM-155, OC-3/STM-1 Optical Transceiver, Singlemode
ATM-622, OC-12/STM-4 Optical Transceiver, single mode STM-1
Optical Transmitter / Receiver, modules employ the our highly
stable 1310 nm laser diode optical sub-assemblies. The Laser
Diode Driver IC has built-in Automatic Power Control (APC)
function. The receiver's transimpedance amplifier has Automatic
Gain Control (AGC) to provide wide dynamic range.
Multimode ATM-155 Optical Transceiver

CATV Pin Module
The CATV PIN receiver modules InGaAS Pin photodiode of low
noise, low distortion and low capacitance. The bandwidth is
better than 2 GHz. The pigtail fiber has 8 degree angle polished
ends to ensure low back reflection. The ultra compact design
and low cost should make these modules very attractive.
